The success of this fundraiser largely depends on effective promotion, and we believe you are best placed to spearhead these efforts. It is the responsibility of the organizer of the event to promote the fundraiser. We will provide you with a tailored flyer for the event, designed to capture attention and provide all the necessary details. To maintain the ambiance and experience for all our patrons, we kindly request that all promotional activities, including the distribution of flyers, be conducted off the premises. This means refraining from handing out flyers at the restaurant’s entrance or inside the restaurant itself.

To give you ample time for promotion and preparations, we recommend booking the event at least 3 weeks in advance. This ensures you have sufficient time to reach out to potential attendees and create a buzz around the fundraiser.

We are committed to contributing to the cause and will be donating 15% of the total bill (excluding tax) for each guest who presents the fundraiser flyer to their server prior to making the payment. To facilitate the donation process, we kindly ask that guests follow the below instructions. This is crucial for ensuring that a portion of their bill is earmarked for donation to your cause: For Call-In Orders: Please mention the fundraiser at the time of your order. For Dine-In Guests: Please present the flyer to your server, or mention the fundraiser to your server, prior to settling the bill. For Online Orders: Please select the fundraiser from the "Fundraising" section and add it to your order before checking out.
