Eligibility & Enrollment

One Account Per Person: Membership is limited to one (1) account per individual. The use of multiple email addresses, aliases, or "disposable" email accounts to create duplicate memberships is strictly prohibited.

There is a 30 day delay to receive your Birthday reward. Guest must be an active member of our loyalty program for at least 30 days in order to receive and use the Birthday reward.
To maintain the integrity of our program and celebrate our genuine loyal guests, the following are required at the time of redemption:

Minimum Spend: A minimum pre-tax subtotal purchase of $25.00 (excluding the value of the birthday entrée) is required to activate the birthday reward.

Valid Identification: You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) at the time of service. The name and birthdate on the ID must match the information registered to the Loyalty Club account exactly.

Dine-In Only: Birthday rewards cannot be redeemed through third-party apps.
3. Restrictions & Limitations

Frequency: The birthday reward is valid once per calendar year.

Non-Transferable: Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or "Happy Hour" pricing.

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included. Please tip your server based on the full value of the meal before the discount.
4. Fraud Prevention & Termination

Abuse of Program: Fiorella's reserves the right to audit accounts. If we detect fraudulent activity—including but not limited to deleting and recreating accounts, using false identities, or misrepresenting birthdates—we reserve the right to:

Immediately terminate all associated accounts.

Void any pending rewards.

Permanently ban the individual from future participation in the program.

Legal Action: In cases of significant financial loss due to fraudulent redemptions,Fiorella's may report the activity to local law enforcement for prosecution under M.G.L. c. 266, § 30 (Larceny by False Pretenses).
5. Modifications
Fiorella's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Birthday Club program at any time without prior notice.
