In 2017, Fiorella's opened its second full-service Cucina experience in the heart of historic Concord, Massachusetts. It was a dream come true and a milestone in the Fiorella's story.
Set inside a restored former firehouse, our Concord Italian restaurant preserves the building's original character, from its authentic exposed brick walls to its timeless architectural details, creating a dining room as memorable as the meal.

Where It All Began
In 2000, a 23-year-old Rémon opened the very first Fiorella's in Newton, serving guests, cooking every dish, and washing every plate himself. More than two decades later, our original Newton Italian restaurant remains the heart of the Fiorella's family.
What began as one young entrepreneur's passion for hospitality grew into a beloved neighborhood destination for scratch-made, Italian-inspired cuisine, warm service, and a flavor-filled family culture that has welcomed generations of guests.
Today, Fiorella's Cucina Newton is the cornerstone of three full-service locations across Greater Boston, in Newton, Concord, and Burlington, each built on the same pursuit to Make Life More Delicious®.
